About the job

We are currently supporting a large private equity firm on a Paralegal hire. The Paralegal will be primarily responsible for supporting the investment and deal teams on transactions.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the execution of private equity deals alongside the deal teams

• Leading the negotiation on all legal documentations, including transaction documents

• Managing SPVs, external counsel and other stakeholders

• Managing sales of fund interests

Qualifications

• Preference for candidates coming from a law-firm, ideally within an transactional role

• Experience of negotiating transaction documents, including partnership agreements

• Strong academic track record
