Rutherford have partnered with a distinguished Silver Circle Law firm with a global presence who are searching for an accomplished mid-level Real Estate finance Associate to join their dynamic team in London.

This practice is an integral part of the broader banking and finance team, catering to a diverse clientele that includes national and international developers, funds, banks, alternative lenders, issuers, and arrangers.

Main Duties

Successful candidates can expect to have a great deal of autonomy and responsibility for a varied caseload, acting for both borrowers and lenders on transactions involving real estate debt, refinancing, restructuring and securitisation of real estate, financing and other complex matters.

​

Your Profile

  • 4+ years of experience as a Real Estate Finance Lawyer in a top tier London Law Firm

  • Strong understanding of Real Estate Finance law, transactions and regulations

  • Intellectual rigor and an excellent academic background are essential.
