Our Client
A global fund focusing on global macro strategies ($12bn+ AuM)is looking to introduce a Senior Compliance Officer into their Hong Kong team.
This individual will report in the CCO, partnering closely with senior management on the global compliance initiatives (UK/APAC).
Main Duties
Key responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:
Oversight of all compliance policies and procedures, implementing new complex frameworks
Regulatory reporting and filings (MAS, SFC, ASIC etc.)
Operate the core compliance program
Assist with trade & communications surveillance
Partner with the CCO on the development of compliance training programs
Assist with long/short daily filings
Oversee restricted list/wall crossing protocols
Your Profile
At least 6+ years experience working for an investment manager, fund or trading firm
Strong knowledge of the APAC regulatory landscape
Trade surveillance experience
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and excellent organizational and project management skills
