We have partnered with a Magic Circle firm on a search for an Associate to join their Structured Finance and Capital Markets Group. The firm's top-ranked securitisation and fund lawyers have earned a leading market position in the representation of issuers, placement agents, collateral managers and equity investors in collateralized loan obligation (CLO) transactions, including middle-market balance sheet CLOs and syndicated arbitrage CLOs in the United States and Europe.
Main Duties
Key responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:
Advise on generally large scale structured financing transactions, acting for deal participants by advising on, structuring, documenting, negotiating and managing the execution of the transactions.
Drafting, reviewing and amending documentation.
Providing strategic guidance to clients.
Your Profile
Qualified lawyer 2-4 PQE.
Self-starter with the desire and ability to continuously acquire, build upon and share knowledge.
Strong commercial/business acumen with the ability to deliver creative and pragmatic solutions and advice.
