Position Overview

As a Corporate Associate, you will play a key role in providing technically sound advice and responsive service to the firm's global clients. You will work on a range of corporate transactions, including joint ventures, acquisitions, series financings, and corporate reorganisations. Collaborating with colleagues across the firm's international network, you will contribute to the growth and success of the corporate practice.

Responsibilities

  • Advise on corporate transactions, including joint ventures, acquisitions, series financings, and corporate reorganisations.

  • Deliver technically sound advice and highly responsive service to clients.

  • Support colleagues, senior counsel, and partners on complex matters.

  • Develop and strengthen client relationships critical to the firm's success.

  • Leverage the firm's global network to enhance resources and expertise.

  • Contribute to the practice’s knowledge sharing and development of know-how.

  • Uphold the firm's values, professional ethics, and procedures.

  • Maintain a strong track record of revenue generation and profitability.

Requirements ​

  • Qualified in England & Wales or another Commonwealth jurisdiction

  • 1-5 years PQE in a top-tier international or leading offshore law firm

  • Proven track record in managing complex legal transactions

  • Experience with legal precedents and law firm management tools, including timekeeping and billing systems

  • Relevant business development and marketing experience within a top-tier international or leading offshore law firm
