Role Overview
As a Corporate Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to an impressive client base, including Fortune 100 companies and leading global firms. You will work on a variety of complex, cross-border and high-profile transactions, contributing to the success of the corporate team and the firm's reputation for excellence in the legal industry.
Main Duties
Key responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:
Work on complex, high-profile, cross-border transactions, advising clients on M&A, joint ventures, and corporate matters.
Manage and execute transactions from inception to completion.
Conduct due diligence and manage legal risks.
Collaborate with partners and associates across the firm’s global network.
Deliver exceptional client service and build strong client relationships.
Your Profile
Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 4-7 years PQE
Strong experience in corporate M&A gained within a reputable law firm
Experience in ECM and public M&A is advantageous
Willingness to support on transitional services agreements
