We are partnered with a leading asset manager that are looking for a Legal & Compliance Officer in their Copenhagen office. You will work with the global team and support on a range of legal and compliance responsibilities. Strong package and benefits available.
Main Duties
Key responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:
Provide cross-border distribution advice across EMEA and APAC regions.
Assisting with global fund launches
Provide general corporate legal advice
Manage responsibilities on AML & GDPR.
Support the global team on regulatory projects.
Your Profile
Danish language speaking skills required
Ideally experience in investment management or investment banking
