The Role
As a Junior Funds Associate, you will play a key role in advising financial institutions — including asset managers, financial sponsors, banks, and insurance companies — on a wide range of regulatory obligations, internal governance, and compliance arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
Advising clients on the structuring, establishment, and operation of various pooled capital enterprises, including private equity funds, real estate funds, credit funds, infrastructure funds, hedge funds, and managed accounts.
Providing guidance on regulatory obligations, internal governance, and compliance frameworks.
Staying up-to-date with evolving market practices, standards, and regulatory developments to provide cutting-edge advice.
Requirements:
Qualified lawyer with 1+ PQE, currently practicing in London at a Magic Circle, Silver Circle, international, or peer US firm.
Strong academic background.
Broad experience across the full spectrum of private funds work.
Solid knowledge of UK and EU regulation of funds and asset managers.
Excellent client management skills, with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
