Our Client
Rutherford is currently partnered with a large global asset management firm that is looking to an interim Compliance Officer to help support the business for a period of 12 months.
Main Duties
Key responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:
Conduct thematic reviews across a range of topics covered in the compliance program.
Identify and advise key stakeholders on any relevant issues and risk matters that are presented in reviews.
Assist on compliance monitoring related tasks, including code of ethics.
Deliver with compliance training to wider business stakeholders.
Your Profile
3 - 5 + years of compliance experience, ideally within an asset manager or private equity fund
Strong UK regulatory knowledge, including coverage of AIFMD and MIFID
