Position Overview
As a Private Equity Associate, you will play a vital role in advising on mid-market and lower mid-market private equity transactions in the UK and internationally. You will have the opportunity to work on high-profile, multi-jurisdictional deals across key sectors, collaborating with a supportive and talented team.
Responsibilities
Draft and negotiate equity documents, including shareholder agreements and investment structures
Manage client relationships and develop a network within private equity houses and intermediaries
Support the team in delivering exceptional service to clients on complex, cross-border transactions
Contribute to the growth and success of the private equity practice
Requirements
4-8 years PQE with private equity experience from a leading law firm
Strong drafting and negotiation skills, particularly in equity documentation
Established network of contacts within private equity firms and intermediaries
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
Collaborative mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality work
