Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a Transactional M&A Associate (2-4 PQE) for their renowned multi-jurisdictional M&A practice in London. This role involves advising on high-value cross-border transactions across various sectors, developing expertise in a supportive environment, contributing to business development, and coaching junior team members. The firm is known for its global M&A practice and offers a wide range of legal services while fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture.

Role Overview

As a Transactional M&A Associate, you will play a key role in delivering practical and commercial advice on mid-market and high-value deals across various sectors, with a focus on cross-border transactions in emerging markets. You will have the opportunity to develop your expertise while working alongside a team of experienced professionals with deep sector knowledge.

Main Duties

Key responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:

  • Advise on a range of corporate transactions, including M&A, private equity, venture capital, and ECM

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships

  • Contribute to the firm's business development initiatives

  • Coach and mentor junior team members

Your Profile

  • 2-4 PQE in corporate transactional work

  • Ability to contribute to and participate in client pitches
